Fantastic, Attentive, On-the Ball, Punctual, Proactive  at a time that was so crazy for us moving from the west coast to the east coast on military orders.

After speaking with him by phone Dennis immediately sent us information on homes available in the area, by way of the internet as well as a welcome package. Soon after, we drove across country with 2 small children abd had only a few days to find our new home. Dennis helped make it happen in record time. Every stunbling block he plowed through and we moved in due to his attentiveness on the date that we desperately needed to.

Dennis Wooldridge is one Realtor that goes above and beyond the norm in order to assist and help his clients.

What we appreciated the most was that he was not the "pushy" type salesman. He is quite spoken and polite. He listened to our wants and tried to find the "exact" house for us. Sometimes he would show us 3 or 4 houses a visit. He would jot down our comments on each house. When we were away, we could read his notes and remeber the housed we viewed.

We lived out of town so, all of his telephone calls were long distance. He would call at his expense, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day if we had questions to be answered.

He was very helpful with information concerning utilites etc. He helped us with obtaining a fence contractor, landscapers and even some in house construction needs. He was our "leg" man and go between.

We are sure that Dennis become disgruntled with us many times over the 3 months he worked with us, but he never showed it. He was always the nice pleasant guy from start to finish.
